Hotel Policy

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be supported subject to room availability. If guests wish to check in earlier than the standard time, an early check-in fee will apply. Check-out is before 12:00 PM. Late check-out is charged according to designated time slots.

2. Identification

All guests must present a valid passport or identification card upon check-in.

3. Children & Extra Beds

Children under 6 years old stay free when sharing a bed with parents. Extra beds are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. In exceptional or unavoidable cases, please contact the hotel in advance to discuss options prior to your stay.

5. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, balconies, corridors, and all public areas. Any violation will result in a deodorization fee of 1,000,000 VND per incident.

6. Noise & Behavior

Please maintain quietness after 10:30 PM. Guests causing disturbances may be asked to leave the hotel.

7. Visitors

Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight. Visitors are welcome during daytime and must register at the front desk.

8. Lost & Found

Lost and found items will be held for 30 days. Return of items requires proof of ownership.

9. In-room Cooking & Laundry

Cooking and use of strong-smelling foods such as fish sauce or durian are strictly prohibited in all rooms. In-room laundry is not permitted. Laundry service is available at 50,000 VND/kg. For apartments with kitchens, guests are allowed to cook but must:

  1. Place a deposit and request kitchen equipment if needed.
  2. Avoid cooking strong-smelling dishes. Violations incur a 1,000,000 VND deodorization fee.

10. Pool & Public Facilities

The pool is located on the 8th floor. Proper swimwear is required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please maintain hygiene in shared spaces.

11. Valuables & Liability

The hotel is not responsible for lost items not stored at the reception or without supporting evidence.

12. Damages & Cleaning Fees

Upon check-in, guests will receive a document outlining hotel property rules. Any damages, loss, or violations will result in a compensation fee based on severity.

13. Force Majeure

The hotel is not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events. Please contact reception for support if such circumstances arise.

14. Refund, Cancellation & No-show

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions stated in the booking confirmation. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

15. Deposits & Payment

Deposits are required to confirm room reservations. Full payment must be settled before check-out.

16. Prohibited Items

Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing in illegal substances, drugs, weapons, or explosives.

17. Surveillance Policy

CCTV systems operate in public areas to ensure guest safety and security.

18. Accessibility

Please inform the hotel in advance if you have any specific accessibility needs so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

19. Hotel Rights

The hotel reserves the right to enter rooms in cases of safety, maintenance, or emergencies. We also reserve the right to refuse service under valid and reasonable circumstances.

20. Privacy & Data Use

Guest data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21. Legal Compliance

All guests must comply with the laws of Vietnam and hotel regulations.

22. Amendments

Hotel policies are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
